• 4 large kiwis • 50 g canned crabmeat • 40 g frozen small pink peeled shrimp • 1/2 lemon juice • 1 tbsp. to s. mayonnaise • Ground pepper

Cut a hat to each of the kiwis; empty the fruits of a good half of their flesh with the Parisian spoon; cut the flesh, as well as the hats, minidés , drain in a fine strainer.

Mingle in a bowl the kiwi meat , the crumbled crab , the prawns , the lemon juice , the mayonnaise, the pepper of the mill. Fill the kiwis generously, bounce the top a lot. Put them gently in egg cups. Keep cool until ready to serve.


Tip:
I assure : I do not dirty the stuffing: shrimp, crab and mayonnaise bring enough salt.
I change : Lime will give a more fruity scent.
I complete : If I have stuffing, I mix it with some cherry tomatoes cut into 4, even a few leaves of lamb's lettuce, and I put this little salad near the kiwis.
