8 large basil leaves
10 Thai steaks (or 4 quilts)

1 dash of olive oil

Steps

Boxes of sardines with fresh tomatoes

1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Th.4). Open, empty, wash, dry boxes of sardines. Keep the fish cool in their oil. Unroll, cut the dough and paper in 4. Dough on paper, line the boxes, apply the dough well against the edges. Cover with baking paper and then dry vegetables. Put in approx. 15 min. Then remove vegetables and paper, re-insert 2-3 min, let cool.

2 Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in minidés about 5 mm. Spread them on paper towels. Transfer to a large bowl, add the olive oil and vinegar, basil leaves and 2 chopped finely chopped peppers, pepper to the mill.

3 Unmould the crusts. Salt the tomatoes, fill in the crusts. Drain, put 2 sardines on each, decorate with 2 split ends split in the direction of the length. Serve immediately.

Chef's tip:

Canned sardines can be replaced with fresh sardines that are half cooked on the grill.

My idea. If you still have sardines, this can be a main course: prepare 4 tomatoes, put them on the plates near the filled boxes, sprinkle them with oil from the boxes, and add the remaining sardines.
