4 big eggs
2 slices of Parma ham
50 g of parmesan cheese
4 olivette tomatoes (oval)
1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp. to s. olive oil
4 tbsp. to s. balsamic vinegar
4 slices of country bread

Steps

Step 1

Prepare the casseroles: Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6). Cut the ham and tomatoes into small pieces. Divide them in the 4 casseroles. Spread over with oil and vinegar.

Cook: break 1 egg all over. Pepper and grate Parmesan. Bake 15 minutes without covering.

To serve: rub the country bread with the peeled garlic clove, fry it in a little olive oil. Serve with hot cocottes.
