600 g strawberries
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. to s. icing sugar
1 tbsp. to c. olive oil
Some mint leaves
Some basil leaves

Steps

Step 1

Quickly wash the strawberries, mop them up. Place about 500 g in a blender jar with lemon juice, icing sugar and olive oil. Add some ice water as needed.

2nd step

Place in the refrigerator, then serve strawberry soup in glasses.

Step 3

Add the remaining diced strawberries and decorate with mint leaves and basil.
