When one suffers before and during menstruation , one uses anti-inflammatories , which relieve, certainly, but which can lead to unpleasant side effects. Why not turn to herbal medicine ? An alternative also for those in whom these drugs are ineffective, especially because their contraception decreases blood flow (estrogen-progestin pills, vaginal ring, Miréna® IUD ...). Phyto can finally complement the action of allopathic treatments in case of crisis. And it rebalances the whole body.
