Pizza with zucchini and sainte-maure

1 For the dough: in the robot, melt the yeast in 12.5 cl of lukewarm water. Add flour,

3 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 4). Spread the dough in rectangle on 4 mm thick on a plate covered with baking paper. Bake for 3 minutes. Spread over zucchini marmalade.
