ingredients

6 bananas
3 mangoes
80 g of butter
80 g of honey
50 g of white chocolate with coconut

Steps

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the honey. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the bananas. Once they are browned, remove -the a plate and grate the three quarters of the chocolate on hot slices for it slightly melts. Add peeled mangoes and cut into pieces and grated over the remaining chocolate.

Tip
: For acidity lovers, you can replace the white chocolate with coconut juice with lime juice, and serve with a lemon sorbet ball.
