6 eggs
20 cl of cream
40 g of dark chocolate
olive oil, salt, pepper

Steps

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, without stirring. Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper; add the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into an oiled skillet and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.

Tip: for a balanced menu, add a small green salad and zap the dessert!
