ingredients

2 pink grapefruits
2 oranges
400 g peeled shrimp.

For the vinaigrette:
1 C. to s. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. to s. bitter cocoa powder
3 c. to s. olive oil, salt, pepper.

Steps

Drain the shrimp. Peel the fruit and cut into quarters. In a salad bowl, mix the citrus fruits with the shrimps. Place 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Preparation of the vinaigrette:

Pour vinegar, cocoa and oil in a bowl, beat energetically. Season the seasoning with salt and pepper.

A light entry to enjoy in summer!

Tip:
Serve fresh in verrines or in split grapefruit halves.
