The MaPreuve.fr service provides legal proof of existence to artistic, literary and scientific creations.
In many countries such as France, copyright is acquired through the mere fact of creation. But in case of exploitation or dispute, the author must be able to prove his rights on the work.
By clicking on www.MaPreuve.fr, all types of creations are thus protected and valorised . This solution is suitable for all files , regardless of their weight or format.
In addition it is possible to date ideas, projects and inventions ; the document becomes undisputed .
The electronic signature is tamperproof , it has a legal value, and the proof of anticipation provides indisputable rights .

How to do ? Follow the guide !
1. The user selects the file
2. A digital fingerprint is created,
3. The imprint is transmitted to MaPreuve.fr,
4. This m ... fingerprint is signed electronically, in order to guarantee the integrity of the file,
5. A precise and non-falsifiable date is deposited on the fingerprint of the file, it is called time stamping,
6. The proof is created on the depositor's computer, and then a certificate is generated that includes all the elements of the process,
7. The certificate of proof is sent by certified email.

The verification of the proof is done online in a click, and by all !

The site offers different packs according to the user's needs: 1, 10 or 100 proofs, from 5 euros HT or an unlimited annual pack.
