24 pieces of macaroons with nuts

150gr of Roquefort cheese

100 gr of butter

40 g of walnuts

2 sprigs of tarragon

1 dash of Armagnac

Steps

Step 1

Order from your pastry shop 24 pieces of macaroons with nuts (not filled).

2nd step

Chop the nuts finely.

Step 3

Mix the ointment butter with the crushed Roquefort cheese, chopped tarragon and walnuts.

Step 4

Add a dash of Armagnac . Garnish a pocket with a large fluted sleeve.

Step 5

Garnish half of the macaroons with this preparation and place the other motie with macaroons on top. Leave to cool for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Serve as an aperitif or as a starter with a small endive salad, for example.
