ingredients

3 or 4 young leeks from Nantes
250 g of fresh bush
125 g small peeled pink shrimps
80 g of alfalfa
1 tbsp. to s. domed sesame seeds
2 tbsp. to s. lemon
Chilli powder

Steps

Step 1

In advance: split the leeks in half along their length, stopping at the heart. Separate the leaves, wash and cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain, let cool on the laundry. Blend sesame over medium-low heat in the fat-free pan.

2ND STEP

Prepare the cheese: mix in the lemon bowl and 1 or 2 pinches of chilli (not too much, the cheese should be slightly spicy). Add to the fork bush, shrimp, sesame, salt. Add the alfalfa with care.

STEP 3

Assemble: put a cheese pudding on the white end of each leek band, roll up, fix with a spike. Keep fresh on a nice dish.
