150 g of Aosta raw ham in thick slices
150 g dried figs
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
7 tbsp. 1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp. to s. dry white wine
2 tbsp. to s. chives and 1 tsp. to s. chopped tarragon
4 eggs "fat" • Flour
1 sachet of baking powder
3 pinches of sugar

Steps

Italian style cake

Prepare everything: preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4). Remove the fat from the ham, cut it into mini dice. Chop the figs into small pieces, roll them in 1 tbsp. of flour. Mingle 200 g flour and yeast, salt and pepper.
Assemble, cook: mix eggs, sugar with a whisk in a salad bowl. add in order oil, wine, chives, tarragon, flour, ham, figs, parmesan; Pour into a mold, bake approx. 45 min: a needle inserted in the heart should come out dry.
