tips
The mangoes must be mature, if it is not the case, it is preferable to use a purée of mango already ready. However, it will be necessary to verify the quantity of sugar of this puree. If this puree contains more than 10% sugar, decrease the amount of sugar when preparing the cream;
Do not hesitate to make this cream with other fruits (guava, raspberries)
