ingredients

• 4 slices of truffled duck foie gras
• Chives and chervil
• 4 eggs
• 2 tbsp. semi-thick cream
• Pepper
• 5 cl of Jurançon
• 2 slices of ham Selection Taste Companions

Steps

Step 1

Take 4 ramekins and arrange 1/2 slice of truffled duck foie gras in the bottom.
Break one egg into each and pepper.

2nd step

Mix the cream and Jurançon then pour a spoonful of the mixture into each container.
Season again, if necessary, then shear chives and chervil.
Cook in a bain-marie for 6 to 7 minutes.

Step 3

At the time of serving, place 1/2 slice of foie gras on the top then spread the ham Selection Companions Taste cut into fine petals ... and you're done!
