ingredients

4 1 slices of Bayonne ham
150 g of ossau iraty (sheep's cheese)
1 roll of broken dough
3 beautiful peppers
1 big onion
2 pinches of Espelette pepper
Olive oil

Steps

Step 1

In advance: slice, melt the onion in the pan with 2 tbsp. oil 7-8 min over medium-low heat; stir often, do not brown, do not salt! Add the seeded peppers, cut into strips, cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Sow the chilli, mix, remove fire.

2nd step

Assemble: Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (Tea 6). Line the mold with the unrolled dough on its paper. Sow half of the minced sheep in small chips to the steward. Mingle onion peppers and 4 ham slices. Put the rest of the sheep in chips.

Step 3

To serve: bake 15-20 min. Cut the 5th slice of ham into large pieces, crumple them in pinks (picture), put them cold on the hot pie. Enjoy it immediately.
