White clay to soften
Composed mainly of silica and alumina, white clay or kaolin calms the redness and comforts the dry skin. Softening, it leaves a protective and soothing film.
My homemade mask
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. to s. of white clay
- 1 tbsp. to s. of yogurt
- 1 tbsp. to s. of liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. to s. of sweet almond oil
Preparation
In a container, pour the clay and cover with water at height.
Leave a few minutes.
Add sweet almond oil, yogurt, honey. Mix with your fingertips.
Apply in a layer of 5mm, 15min. Rinse thoroughly.

Green clay to purify
It cleanses normal to mixed skins thanks to its content of iron oxide, zinc and titanium. Its blotting effect releases toxins and dislodges comedones. To avoid on the oily skins because its absorbing action excites the sebaceous glands.

- 3 tbsp. to s. of ultra-ventilated green clay
- 1cuil. to s. of hazelnut oil
- 1 tbsp. to c. of lemon juice
- Mint floral water
Preparation
In a container, pour the clay and cover with floral water at height.
Leave a few minutes.
Add the hazelnut oil and the lemon juice.
Mix. Apply in thick layer 15 to 20 min.
Rinse thoroughly.

Pink clay to soothe
Rich in softening silica, trace elements and iron oxide, it calms the most sensitive skins and restores their radiance.

- 2 tbsp. to s. of ultra-ventilated pink clay
- 1 tbsp. to s. of vegetable oil of evening primrose
- 8 drops of essential oils of geranium rosat
- Pink floral water
Preparation
In a container, pour the clay and cover with rose water at height.
Let stand 5 min.
Add the diluted essential oil in evening primrose oil.
Mix. Apply generously 15 min. Rinse thoroughly.

How to carry out his home care?
- Its mask is concocted in a glass or ceramic container. Never use metal or plastic utensils to preserve the benefits of clay.
- Mineralized water (Evian, Mont Roucous, Volvic) is used.
- The clay is heated in a very gentle water bath and not in the microwave.
Good frequency: no more than once a week.
