ingredients

8 fillet of veal, about 100gr each
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
150 grams of mushrooms
200 grams of Gordal Olives
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
200ml of white wine
100 grams of peas
1 grilled red pepper
Flour and egg for batter
Pepper, salt, olive oil, bay leaf

Steps

Step 1

Peel the shallots. Rub the shallots and the meat in the oil and put in a baking dish.

2nd step

Preheat oven to 250 ° C and cook for half an hour per half kilo.

Step 3

Sprinkle the meat occasionally with its juice.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper. Pour the wine in the dish, deglaze and let reduce for a minute.

Step 5

Add the chopped olives and the mustard sauce, simmer for two minutes, season with salt and set aside. Cut the meat and make small "packets" with the slices of cooked potatoes.

Pour the sauce .It can be served hot or cold
