ingredients

1 can of corn
1 box 4/4 of mushrooms
4 chicken supreme
1 orange
2 shallots
1 tablespoon mustard
5 cl of chicken stock
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
Soya sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

Step 1

Sweat chopped shallots with a knob of butter.

2nd step

Add corn kernels , orange zest, and mustard.

Step 3

Deglaze with the juice of the orange. Add the chicken stock and let reduce .

Step 4

Melt a knob of butter , sweat the chopped onions with the clove of garlic, add the mushrooms drained , sauté well, add a dash of soy sauce and adjust the seasoning. Add chopped parsley at the last moment.

Step 5

Cut the poultry supreme into cubes and make skewers. Season and roll slightly in the mustard. Cook in a pan (or under the grill) with a knob of butter

Step 6

Add the cream in the corn sauce , reduce slightly on the heat and mix everything to obtain a creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning

Step 7

Place the mushrooms in the middle of the plate, place the kebab across and finish with a bead of sauce.
