A little reminder of the basic rules: Boxing is practiced only with fists. The hands are protected by padded gloves, to avoid cuts, and the blows are worn only above the belt, at the level of the face and the bust. Uppercurt, forehand and hook are the main shots. The goal is to put the other K.-O (knock-out), that is, unable to get up and fight again. The referee then decides to stop the fight, after a count of ten seconds, and declares one of the two winners.

You do not have to engage in "real" fights, you can do boxing as part of simple workouts for you toning, romp and for fun.
