In search of the ideal spread : creamy, melting, shiny, with an exquisite taste of chocolate and hazelnut , we tested them ... 38!

Industrial, organic or prepared by great chocolatiers, the pretext was too good.

Method. For each category (industrial, organic, chocolate), the spreads were tested blind in their paper-covered pot.
Tasting with a spoon, then on a small slice of toasted baguette - because the dough is "spreadable" and the taste sensations are not the same.

Were judged: aromas, color, texture and taste.
