The greedy and balanced lunch at the office is a little mission impossible. At least if you count on the local bakery or supermarket. Even if it takes longer, making your own lunch box at home is the real solution. Not only do we eat better, and more we have fun! And that, it changes our day of work.

Healthy sandwiches, it's possible

If we forget a little industrial mayonnaise and all the hype, a sandwich can be healthy . We opt for avocado bagels, pita falafel, and if we are a fan of bread, we opt for bread wholemeal. Rich in fiber , it is super satiating without being necessarily more caloric. Side sauces and seasoning, we opt for a cottage cheese sauce or why not a homemade hummus, stuffed with vegetable protein. If we are afraid of snacking, we expect some dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts etc.). A handle in case of hollow brings omega 3, fibers and energy. And we do not go hungry again an hour later. An excellent point.

We put everything on the bowl

Poke bowl, buddha bowl ... These complete, healthy, and balanced meals are great trends . The principle ? In our tupperware (usually we do this in a container that has a round shape), we combine vegetables, proteins, starchy foods, seeds ... in short everything our body needs to feel good. The advantage is that it does not necessarily require cooking: for a poke bowl, for example, avocado, cabbage, rice, cucumber, sesame seeds and salmon (raw or smoked) )! In short, we just cut the ingredients into pieces and place them directly in our container.
