I begin to perform simple leg movements aimed at working thighs and glutes, all with a fitness elastic around the ankles to increase tension and maximize muscle exercises. And it works, from the first minutes I feel my buttocks muscles and thighs heat. To me the buttocks of Adriana Lima!

At the rhythm of the Brazilian music and under the precious advice of our coach, we chained the exercises mixing bodybuilding and dance. We sway for twenty minutes before finishing the "Gluteus Do Brazil" on the ground with a series of gluteal exercises, elastic fitness around the knees.

Result? I come out of the course already a little achy despite stretching under the instructions of the coach before leaving the room. Place an elastic band around your ankles, and raise the right leg to the side holding it for a few seconds, then perform the same movement with your right leg.
