ingredients

300 g of tri-colored twisted pastes
300 g of chicken fillet
3 tbsp. to s. blond raisins
the juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. to s. mustard seeds
1 branch of thyme
1 tbsp. to c. of paprika
1 clove of garlic
2 onions
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Steps

Step 1

Detail the chicken in dice. In a bowl, mix pepper, salt and paprika, cover with chicken dice.

2nd step

In a frying pan, brown chopped garlic and chopped onions with a drizzle of olive oil for 5 minutes. Book. In the same pan, brown the diced chicken on each side with a little olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice, thyme leaves, mustard seeds, cooked onion and garlic, raisins. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Cook the pasta in salted water, brought to a boil. Drain them al dente and fry them with the chicken for 1 min. Serve immediately, in bowls.
