ingredients

1 package of rice cakes
1 can of crab
6 Black Mushrooms Suzi Wan ®
½ pack of Suzi Wan ® Soy Vermicelli
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
3 shallots
3 c. of Nüoc Mám Suzi Wan ®
1 jar of Suzi Wan ® Soy Sprouts
2 tbsp. tablespoon caster sugar
Suzi Wan ® Ness Sauce
1 frying bath
lettuce leaves
fresh mint

Steps

Step 1

Soak in 2 separate containers the vermicelli and black mushrooms 10 minutes in hot water.
Drain them.
Finely chop vermicelli, mushrooms, garlic, onion and shallots.
Mix with the crab, the soya beans drained and cut into pieces and the Nüoc Mám.

2nd step

Place in front of you, on a work surface, two tea towels and a salad bowl containing lukewarm slightly sweet water.
Dip the patties in this water (2 patties at a time).
Once softened, place the pancakes on the tea towels.

Step 3

Fold slightly the edge of the cake, drop a little stuffing, close by folding the two sides and roll tightly.

Step 4

Repeat the process until all the ingredients are gone.

Step 5

Prepare the spring rolls one hour before cooking.

Step 6

Heat the frying bath. Dip the nems in small quantities. As soon as they are golden brown, they are cooked.

Step 7

Serve spring rolls with salad leaves, fresh mint and spring roll sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
