ingredients

• 300 g of raw glutinous rice

• 30 g dehydrated small shrimp

• 50 g of pork loin • 1 to 2 pork sausages

• 25 g scented mushrooms

• 5 g of 5-perfume powder

• 2 tbsp. to s. soy sauce

• 5 g of sugar

• 1 tbsp. to s. sunflower oil

Steps

Step 1

Rinse and soak the rice for 30 minutes in a bowl of cold water, drain it.

2nd step

Dip mushrooms and shrimp for 30 minutes in a bowl of hot water.

Step 3

Rinse, drain. Cut the pork sausages into small cubes.

Step 4

Slice mushrooms and pork loin into thin slices.

Step 5

Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add sausage, pork and mushrooms.

Stir for 3 minutes.

Add shrimp, rice, sugar, soy sauce, 5-perfume powder.

Step 6

Pepper at the mill. Stir 5 min. Steam for 45 minutes.

tips

My ideas :

• To save time, I replace glutinous rice with semi-complete organic round rice, which I do not soak.

And instead of steaming, I add 6 dl of water in the wok, I close, I let the rice drink all the juice over very soft fire.

• I replace pepper with a good pinch of pepper.
