ingredients

125 g dark chocolate
1 can (225 g) mango syrup
1 fresh mango
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 dl of cream
1 dl of milk

Steps

Step 1

Put the 4 scoops of ice on a plate, keep them in the freezer.

2nd step

Drain, cut the mango syrup in large dice.
Cut the fresh mango in 2, pit it, slice it thinly.

Step 3

Squeeze the chocolate in squares in a large saucepan over very low heat.
As soon as they are soft to heart, add the cream, turn to smooth, dilute with milk, simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Divide into order in 4 cups: diced mango syrup, scoop of ice cream, slices of fresh mango, hot chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
