Between the company canteen, the professional lunches and the breaks to taste with the colleagues, the gaps can be numerous and it is seen quickly on the silhouette.
For Julie Andrieu , TV host and culinary expert, "in the office as elsewhere, there are some keys to know to keep the line and the pleasure of eating: to feed his hunger , neither more nor less, not to eat too fast or too distractedly, to compose balanced , healthy and tasty plates ".
Julie Andrieu, working woman and mother, knows the kitchen on the tip of the fingers and gives us all her culinary advice to keep the line , even in the office.

Do women tend to gain more weight in the office?
Sitting for several hours, we are tempted to nibble, especially in front of a computer. And when you do not have a physical interlocutor, you fill the absence with chocolate and cookies. In addition, corporate canteens do not always offer a very varied or sexy choice for a woman who pays attention to her line.

How to compose balanced plates in the canteen?
It's all about balancing protein, vegetables, starch and fat . I noticed that a cooked dish is often more balanced than a salad with which one adds a sauce and which does not fill the hunger of the middle of the day.
And for dessert, we can bet on a white cheese with a few pieces of fruit , there is that in all the canteens.

Lunch pro or lunch box, which foods to privilege? Should we ban some?
Good news, nothing is to be banned . Even a meal in a fast food if we love it. You just have to know how to dose.

The Japanese restaurant is a good slimming solution for work lunches outside. With sushi and sashimi we limit the caloric intake ... Provided not to overuse with the sauce (pay attention to excess salt).
My slimming tip
: pour one or two drops of sauce on each sushi when rather than soaking the rice (which sponges) in the sauce.

Another option: the Chinese caterer . Excellent choice for lunch with colleagues even when on a diet. However, you can order spring rolls , bo bun, chicken or shrimp soups, steamed muffins, stir-fries or white rice .

And if we really made a meal a little fat or hearty at the restaurant, it is followed by a light dinner . But without depriving ourselves because otherwise we will compensate sooner or later. Better to forget the calories, eat healthy and good, and the weight will stabilize smoothly.

How to fill a craving in the office?
A handful of almonds * with a cottage cheese , or an apple: it is excellent for health and it "wedges". During the day, it is a very healthy and effective solution to fight against small hungers that we do not see coming. Personally, I prefer natural version almonds, so they taste better their perfume, sweet and sweet.

What to eat when you have very little lunch time?
Contrary to a well-rooted idea, the sandwich, when it is balanced in protein (ham, chicken, tuna), vegetables (raw vegetables), not too rich in butter or mayonnaise, and prepared with a good leavened bread is a solution reasonable.

But in this case, we prefer a yoghurt for dessert or a fruit and it is accompanied by a small salad. Moreover, it is better to bet on a good sandwich. Quality matters a lot to keep the line . The food must remain a pleasure. The more it tastes, the more you take your time to savor and the less you are tempted to eat.
