By surfing the Internet, including on "safe" sites, we leave traces, and this flow of information, commercial "spammers" use it as a means of advertising and flood our mailbox. But we can not any more. So…

I lock everything.
In the settings
of the mailbox, only the emails of our contacts are allowed. Certainly if Alexander, our first boyfriend, seeks to contact us it is damn: his mails will be found in the Undesirables . But just take a look, once a week, in this box to verify that one of our acquaintances is not relegated to it. Unstoppable.

I filter efficiently. By organizing my mailbox and creating a folder whose filter contains the words "unsubscribe", "unsubscribe" ... and all the recurrent vocabulary of commercial offers. A good way to avoid the newsletters that will all end up in this folder, except those to which you have chosen to subscribe and that we will have authorized of course!

I'm unsubscribing commercial offers. In all commercial e-mails, written in very small appears "unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe". Just click to be removed from the mailing list. Tedious but effective so that our mailbox does not overflow.
