"A healthy mind in a healthy body" we all know this saying. The key to a healthy body would be to eat a balanced and healthy diet. A dietary diet is not primarily intended to lose weight but to return to a healthy lifestyle.

What is dietetics?

Each meal brings to our body the "fuel" necessary for its functioning and each food represents on its own a source of nutrients beneficial for our skin, our brain, our muscles .... It is therefore important to ensure that you eat a healthy and varied diet without over-consuming foods that are too fatty, sugary or salty, such as cardiovascular disease and obesity. We will favor fruits and vegetables, rich in vitamins and minerals.

In recent years, we have seen a rejection of junk food and other junkfood for a return to "healthy" foods that are good for our health. The "healthy living" trend seems to be gaining power, a beneficial awareness for our body, which would even replace traditional low-calorie diets. Fashion phenomenon or simple will of a healthy diet? Health is today on our plate!

How to adopt a daily dietary regime?

Because "eating in a balanced way" is not always obvious, the state launched in 2001 a "National Health Nutrition Program" (PNNS) aimed at influencing nutrition and the way the population feeds:

  • Eat minimum 5 fruits and vegetables a day
  • Eat 3 dairy products a day
  • Eat fish twice a week
  • Avoid consuming fatty, sweet or salty foods
  • Practice a regular sport activity
