Steps

Cherry pie and green pistachios

1 Prepare the broken dough : mix in a salad bowl flour, chopped cold butter and sugar; rub this mixture between the hands to make a sand; add 3 cups of fresh water, put in a ball. Crush it with the palm, reform it; repeat twice. Pack it in a food film.

2 Wash, dry, stone , pit the cherries. Finely chop pistachios with a knife or a robot.

3 Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (item 7) . Roll out the dough and line it with a square pie plate 22 cm wide. Prick with a fork, spread 2/3 pistachios. Cover with the cherries, sow butter in hazelnuts, rest of pistachios then crystallized sugar. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. When the dough is golden, let cool before eating.
