ingredients
1 duck breast
650 g mixed fresh vegetables (carrots, zucchini, sweet peas, broccoli, peppers, cives, red onions)
1 small pepper (optional)
4 tbsp. to s. soy sauce
2 tbsp. to s. honey
1 tbsp. to c. ginger powder
2 tbsp. to s. sesame seeds
4 tbsp. to s. grape seed oil

Steps
Step 1
Prepare the meat. Detail the duck breast in thin slices. Place them in a dish with soy sauce, honey and minced pepper. Marinate 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2nd step
Meanwhile. Wash the vegetables, details in sticks (carrots, zucchini), in strips (peppers), in slices (onions, cives) or in florets (broccoli). Cook 2-3 min. Fry the duck breast in a wok with 2 tbsp. to s. of grape seed oil for 2 min.
Step 3
Reserve and discard the cooking fat. Pour the vegetables into the wok, fry them with the rest of grape seed oil for 2 minutes over high heat. Add 20 cl of water and continue cooking for 5 minutes, always on high heat: the vegetables should remain crisp. Add the duck breast, sprinkle with ginger, salt and pepper. Cook another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.
Step 4
At the end of cooking. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
tips
The duck breast. This is the lean part of the duck (the flank). It is a very tender flesh: preferably, cook it to a point, slightly bleeding.
