1 whole turkey ready to cook (3.5 to 4 kg)
50 g of butter
For the stuffing:
100 g of butter
1 onion
400 g of minced meat (200 g of pork 200 g of veal)
400 g canned tomatoes peeled and seeded
100 g of bread
50 ml of milk
250 g of frozen gooseberries

Steps
Step 1
Melt the 100 g butter in a pan.
