To cook a delicious log of white cheese with seasonal fruits:
- Use a small amount of 0% white cheese at room temperature and fresh fruit (apples, pears) or syrup (apricots).
- Cook the fruit in sweet water until melted, mopped and cut into pieces.
- Melt gelatin (8 to 10 sheets per kilo) in a small portion of the cottage cheese and mix with the remaining cottage cheese.
- Then add the fruits to this preparation to bind them.
- Pour into a cake tin. On the top, place spoon biscuits dipped in a mixture of kirch / sugar cane syrup / water.
- Put in the fridge in the morning for the evening.
- Unmold by dipping the mold for a few seconds in hot water and decorate the top with fresh strawberries for example.
