Steps

Step 1

Cook the pasta the time indicated on the package to keep al dente (cooked but firm under the tooth). During this time, cut the salmon in short strips. Open, empty the doses of sorrel sauce in a small saucepan, heat over very low heat with 1 tbsp. to s. water, stir often.

2nd step

Pour half of the sorrel sauce in the bottom of 6 verrines. Top over pasta, salmon strips, crushed nuts, then, again, pasta, salmon, walnuts. Pour the remaining sauce. Taste hot.
