4 pitta Mission Foods Breads
600 g of salmon fillet
50 g of butter
1 egg
2 shallots
5 g of fresh mint leaves
20 g capers
Batavia

For the sauce:

200 g of cream
20 g capers
Fresh mint in thin strips
1 large minced shallot

Steps

Salmon pita burger

1. Finely chop the shallots and mint . Cut the salmon fillets into small cubes and mix with the egg and the capers. Form 8 small burgers and brown them in the pan.

2. Cook over low heat. Cut the batavia into thin strips.

3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Warm the pitta bread.

4. Split the pitta bread into two and arrange in each half a burger and a little salad. Serve the sauce.
