For 4 people :
5 smoked salmon slices, 100 g cooked shelled shrimps, 2 grapefruits, 4 tbsp. 20% cream cheese, 1 tbsp. chopped dill, salt, ground pepper, curry powder.

Repair:
Wash and peel one of the grapefruits (removing the bark and white skin). Take the pulp quarters. Wash and squeeze one half of the other grapefruit. Blend white cheese, dill, curry and grapefruit juice. Season. Chop menu one slice of salmon and shrimp. Mix with half of the sauce. Spread the remaining slices of salmon over four sheets of clingfilm. Spread the stuffing with cottage cheese in the center of each slice as you roll on it. Lock the rolls in the film. Book fresh.

Service:
Remove the salmon rolls from the refrigerator and cut them (bevel) into three sections each before placing them on the serving plates. Surround grapefruit wedges and a bead of sauce. Serve with a salad of lamb's lettuce, seasoned with a tangy vinaigrette with the juice of the remaining half grapefruit.

Good to know :
As a main course, serve a sea bream, less fat than meat. Offer a mix of potato and broccoli for the added carbohydrate and fiber supplement. Finish with a Bavarian, rich in calcium.
