ingredients

2 big mangoes
1 tbsp. to s. liquid honey
1 small handful of shelled walnuts
2 tbsp. to s. of lavender flowers
1 tbsp. to s. sunflower oil

Steps

Step 1

Peel the mangoes, cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Heat the equivalent of a cup of water, plunge the lavender flowers into it and let it steep for 10 minutes.

2nd step

In a skillet, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Place the slices of mango and cook for 1 minute. Turn them gently and let them cook for another minute on the other side. Remove them and arrange them in a dish.

Step 3

In the bottom of the pan, pour the honey and 3 tbsp. to s. infusion of filtered lavender flowers. Put back on the fire for a few moments while stirring constantly.

Step 4

Arrange the walnuts on the slices of mango, sprinkle with the lavender and honey sauce. Serve warm.

tips

Detox asset.

Mango is a fruit very rich in antioxidant vitamins. It helps detoxify by protecting the body against free radicals. But antioxidant vitamins resistant to heat, mangoes must cook very little time.
