ingredients

125 g of currants

125 g raspberry

125 g blueberries

1 to 15 grams of brown sugar

1 big handful of rose petals

1/2 L of water

2 C to S of liquid honey

1 c to S rose water

Currant

This small berry is ultra-rich in vitamin C: 40 mg / 100 g, which is already half of what you would need to eat each day. According to dermatologist Marie-Pierre Hill-Sylvestre *, vitamin C fruit "facilitates and accelerates the synthesis of collagen", a protein that guarantees the firmness of the skin. In addition, she says, vitamin C "improves microcirculation, prevents sun damage and repairs oxidative stress."

Blueberry

Like all red and black fruits, blueberry contains anthocyanins, pigments of the flavonoid family. Their benefits They are antioxidants. They therefore relate to the attacks of free radicals that age our cells. In addition, anthocyanins act in complementarity with vitamin C to reinforce our cutaneous microcirculation. Shard assured.

The Rose

Its petals are (a little) soothing and the floral water that emphasizes their fragrance also acts as anti-stress. The interest: by reducing its stress, it avoids a surplus of free radicals, responsible for aging.

Liquid honey

The more liquid a honey is, the more it is rich in fructose. It is then preferable to white sugar because it has less influence on the level of glucose in the blood. When the latter is too high, it mixes with proteins and causes a phenomenon called "glycation", responsible for accelerated aging (the skin loses its elasticity and wrinkles appear).
