Family allowances, social security, taxes, school enrollments, scholarship applications ... the administrative procedures are cumbersome. They often turn into lengthy queues, redundant procedures, a list of documents to provide that never ends ... The paperwork, get it! Fortunately, things should change, as the administration promises from 2016 to make our procedures less painful . How? By revising the ergonomics of its websites, favoring communication between its services to avoid us having to go from one-stop window, or simply trusting us (no need to provide multiple justifications, we base ourselves on our good faith).

- Health and sport: only one medical certificate is sufficient. No need to present one for each sport. When this project is generalized, only one will suffice (except for "at risk" disciplines, diving type, parachuting) and this will be valid for 2 to 3 years depending on the age of the practitioner. No need to make an appointment every year at the doctor to have a certificate of no contra-indication to dance or running.

-Justice: a site to feel less lost. The project is called Portalis. It is already known that it will be translated into a site (not yet online) on which we can find information sheets on legal procedures (criminal or civil) to know who to contact, if we need to be whether represented by a lawyer or not, or whether legal aid is available.

- Administrations: a new service that centralizes everything. "Tell us once" is the name of the program that provides for better communication between the various departments of the administration. This would eliminate the need to provide the same document several times to the administration. This program is implemented in several stages: in 2016, only companies could benefit, and then, in 2017, it will be the turn of the individual.

- Application for scholarship: it happens online. After a promising test phase, the online application for the college must be extended to all of France. No more photocopies and supporting documents, the number of teledeclarant is sufficient.

- Enrollment in college and high school: we do everything on the internet. This approach has been increasingly successful (more than 1,500 establishments have already participated since 2014) and is expected to become widespread. No need to move!

- Allocations: a site to simulate all its rights. To estimate its social rights, we file on mes-aides.gouv.fr where we can calculate the estimated monthly amount of social benefits to which we are entitled (Rsa, Cmu, Housing allowances, Paje ...)

- Social security: the demand for a vital card will be made online: in a few months (the project is not quite completed), photo and identity card can be sent dematerialized so that the application for vital card is done without an appointment.

- Health: pay for hospitalization fees online. Experimentation carried out in several hospitals since 2012 is a success and must become widespread in the coming months. We will soon be able to pay our hospital bills directly by credit card on the internet.

- Driving: driving license on smartphone. We can now, 48 hours after the driving test, access in real time the results (on the site securite-routiere.gouv.fr ) and present if asked for his license on his smartphone or tablet month).

- Identification papers: the passport in pre-order. We can already buy his tax stamp online , we can soon pre-order his passport online too, to avoid the queue in town hall and check that his file is complete before moving.
