ingredients

3 yogurts nature DELISSE
1 tablespoon of cream DELISSE
20 g of sugar
4 sheets of gelatine WHITE APRON
50 cl of mango nectar JAFADEN
100 g FRUISTAR frozen raspberries
Some fresh currants
Some fresh mint leaves

Steps

Step 1

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.

2nd step

Place in a bowl, 2 sheets of gelatin with yogurt and place in microwave oven 45 seconds at medium power.

Step 3

Mix to dissolve the gelatin in the yoghurt. If the gelatin is not melted properly, iron in the microwave. (This operation can also be done in a bain-marie).

Step 4

Add the yoghurt one by one, stirring constantly, add the sugar, then divide the mixture into 4 bowls. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 5

Melt the remaining 2 gelatin sheets in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at medium power with 1/3 of the mango nectar juice, then mix the mixture and add the rest of the nectar.

Step 6

Spread delicately in each bowl. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.

tips

Before serving decorate with fresh red fruits and a mint leaf.
