- 600 g ground lamb
- 250 g fresh goat cheese
- 5 leaves of filo
- 2 zucchini (500 g)
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. to c. of 4-spices
- 1 pinch of pepper
- Olive oil

Steps
Step 1
Prepare the lamb: brown it in the pan with 1 tbsp. oil over high heat, crush with a fork to separate the packages.
Chop onions and garlic, add them, stir 1 min, powder with 4 spices, pepper, chopped mint, mix.
Keep aside.
2nd step
Prepare the zucchini: slice them into thin slices.
Stir 3 min. Over high heat in the rinseless frying pan with 1 tbsp. oil.
Step 3
Assemble, cook: Preheat oven to 200 ° C (tea 6).
In the oven, place 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 of the zucchini, 1/4 of the crumbled goat cheese, 1 sheet of filo folded in 2; repeat twice.
Cover with 2 lightly oiled filo leaves, a little wrinkled to make relief.
Put on 1/4 of the cheese cut in 3 palets sprinkled with a little oil.
Bake 20 minutes.
