My slimming breakfast

To stay slim, there is no question of skipping breakfast on the pretext that we spent the morning. Our body needs fuel and especially hydration to face the day. We start with a tea or coffee (hot or iced) or a large glass of lemon water, accompanied by cereals or wholemeal bread. A dairy product for calcium, and for the sweet touch: red fruits with moisturizing and antioxidant properties.

Foods to avoid: white bread - rich in sugars - and refined grains full of sugars, lipids and dyes. For lovers of salty: no bacon and fried eggs, yes to poached eggs and turkey breast or chicken!

The editorial tip: create your own bowl of cereals

We opt for oatmeal or classic cornflakes which are added as desired to pieces of dried fruit or seasonal, and a few shavings of dark chocolate for the most greedy. With soy milk (less fat and easier to digest than cow's milk) or cottage cheese 0%: it is a 100% healthy and without frustration!

My slimming lunch

Our best slimming allies in summer: fresh fruit and vegetables ... Eat without moderation! For a slimming lunch, we make a colorful salad by mixing our favorite vegetables (carrots to boost the tan, refreshing cucumber, juicy tomatoes ...) to some fruits (melon, blueberries, coconut ...). Complement with grilled meat or fish on the barbecue: no need for cooking oil!

Want cheese? We prefer the fresh cheeses (goat, mozzarella ...) to eat with bread or to add to its salad. And for dessert, fresh fruit and waterlogged (melon, watermelon, grapes) to boost hydration without having to count calories !

Foods to avoid: meats in sauces - too rich and heavy to digest - hard cheeses (Comté, Gruyère ...) and vinaigrettes loaded with oils.

The editorial tip: bet on aromatic herbs

Thyme, rosemary, basil, coriander, mint ... They replace the seasoning on a meat or a fish and sublimate our salads! And with their diuretic and digestive virtues, we use them without moderation!

My slimming snack

At tea time, we have a cool break. Instead of cracking for a chocolate ice cream, opt for the light version by choosing a fruit sorbet or preparing a smoothie, based on fresh mixed fruit and ice cubes!

Foods to avoid: ice creams, with whipped cream and biscuits or industrial milkshakes. Delicious, fresh ... but disastrous for the line!

The editorial tip: I make my homemade ice cream

For a fun freshness break, I create my own sorbets, simply by slicing watermelon slices on sticks. 15 min in the freezer and my ultra-fruity ice creams are ready to eat!

My slimming appetizer

Alcohol is a calorie trap. Better to opt for a vegetable juice, less sweet than a fruit juice. And to limit calorie intake just before dinner, we replace the appetizer cakes with vegetable sticks (cucumber, carrot, pepper, celery ...) to soak in a light sauce (cottage cheese and herbs, homemade guacamole ...) .

Foods to avoid: Alcohols - especially strong alcohols - and appetizers: salami, peanuts, pistachios and other pretzels are time bombs that stimulate the appetite and are full of lipids.

The tip of the editorial staff: cocktails revisited light version and without alcohol

No need for rum to have the impression of drinking a mojito: lemon juice, some mint leaves, Perrier and here is a light, summery cocktail and safe for neither my line nor my liver!

My slimming dinner

During the holidays, we often dine late, leaving less time for our organization to eliminate food. So to stay slim, we prefer the fresh and light food (salad vegetables, gazpacho or cold soups), easy to digest.

Foods to avoid: all the typical dishes of the holidays: pizza or pasta Bolognese in Italy, paella in Spain, hamburger in the United States ... As a rule in the evening, we banish lipids like dairy products, bad for sleep because difficult to digest.

The tip of the writing: I create myself my cold soup

We take inspiration from Andalusian gazpacho to prepare a cold soup. The recipe is simple: we mix our favorite fruits and vegetables with ice cubes and a little bit of 0% white cheese. For more originality, we mix fruits and vegetables by inventing recipes: carrot-coconut, apple-cucumber, peas-mint ...
