400 g pasta (farfalle)
125 g diced bacon
1 ball (150 g) of mozzarella
50 g of parmesan cheese
8 mushrooms from Paris
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 beautiful sprig of basil

Steps

Step 1

Dip the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the time indicated on the package to keep al dente (cooked but firm under the tooth).

2nd step

At the same time, melt the bacon in a frying pan without fat, discard the rendered fat.
Add the minced mushrooms, then the tomatoes cut in 2.
When they are hot to heart, add the mozzarella in small dice, mix, pepper, remove fire.

Step 3

Drain, pour the pasta in a salad bowl with the hot contents of the pan, chopped basil and parmesan cheese. Mix, serve immediately.
