An accessible and fun program

Fancy a nice buttocks curved and bounced like that of Brazilian? We follow the guide, Julie Ferrez , and her program Electro Carioca : exercises and tips specially designed for a firm body.

On the menu: 6 weeks of exercises , which can be found free on the Slendertone Brazil website. Each exercise targets a part of the body. The goal: to obtain finally a homogeneous result on the whole of the silhouette. And the real plus: all the exercises are explained in video and accompanied by advice to adopt the right position, one that will work the muscles solicited. Two identical exercises are to be repeated as many times as possible over a whole week. A third exercise is recommended for harmonizing the silhouette.

For best results, a food plan (not a diet, we are reassured) is to follow in addition to the physical program. New recipe ideas straight from Brazil are offered every week.

Here is an example of the first day named "Sweetness under the tooth" :

- At sunrise : 1/2 lemon squeezed in a glass of warm water.
- 30 min after : 1 cup of green tea with a teaspoon of agave syrup or coconut / 1 bowl of organic muesli or 2 slices of wholemeal bread / 1 plain yoghurt, soy or sheep's milk or 25g of cheese, 10 almonds or hazelnuts.
- Around 11am : 1 seasonal fruit to chew or smoothie 1 green tea.
- Lunch : 1/2 avocado with nothing else / 1 chicken breast or leg / 1 salad of spinach sprouts, cherry tomatoes, squash seeds and drizzle with olive oil. For vegetarians: smoked tofu in salad.
- Around 17h : 1 green tea a chewable fruit.
- Dinner (around 19h): 1 vegetable soup / vegetable quinoa / 1 herbal tea with digestive plants.
