What is it ?

It is an animation developed by the GMG, whose purpose is to discover many practices in one session. The Néo'Fit course allows you to better understand the different activities of the club and make an informed choice.

For who ?

For those who are new to fitness for the first time, who want to get started but do not really know how to do it, or which course to test. But also for those who want to get back to the sport smoothly.

Why ?

The idea is to put the concept of pleasure at the center of the sporting activity, and to ensure that "going to the gym" is no longer a constraint. We feel guilty and go at our own pace. We stop to get into everything and anything to stop three classes later. The Neo'Fit course philosophy summarizes this state of mind well: "Start well to go further".

How?

The teachers opted for an educational approach centered on pleasure and motivation. The session takes place in three stages : 20 minutes of cardio (Step, LIA, Body Combat, Body Attack ...), 20 minutes of reinforcement (Body Sculpt, Physical Culture ...), and 20 minutes of relaxation (Yoga, stretching ...).

Practical information

Eight institutions will try the experiment from February 27, 2008.
Plus: classes take place between 18h and 20h, so very practical.
