Steps

Step 1

Prepare the financiers : pour in a salad bowl through a fine colander sugar, flour, almond powder, mix. Beat the egg whites with a fork, add them. Heat the butter in the saucepan over high heat; as soon as it foam, add it.

2nd step

Cook: Preheat the oven to 240 ° C (8-9). Pour the dough into the molds, sprinkle with flaked almonds, bake for 5 minutes. Reduce to 200 ° C (tea 6), cook approx. 10 minutes. Let cool, then unmold.

Step 3

Prepare the caramel milk: heat milk and milk jam; put the egg yolk in the bowl, pour the hot liquid on it while whisking. Cook for a few minutes over low heat, continuing to whisk. Show hot in the cups.
