12 slices of medium-sized country bread
12 large thin slices of chorizo
2 yellow peppers 2 green 2 red
3 big red onions
4 cloves of pink garlic
2 tbsp. to s. of Provence herbs
80 g chipped parmesan cheese
4 4 tablespoons to s. olive oil

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4).

2nd step

Slice the onions, chop the garlic. Remove stems,

seed, peel the peppers. Heat 4 tbsp. to s. of oil in a

big jumper. Grab onions and peppers. Add garlic, salt (a little), pepper

from the mill, cook for 15 minutes over low heat, stir from time to time.

Step 3

Place slices of bread on a large baking sheet, coat with oil, salt and pepper.
On each, put, in order, 1 slice of chorizo, fondue of peppers, parmesan shavings, herbes de Provence.

Step 4

Bake 10 min. Parmesan must be melted and bread crisp.
