A recent study from the University of Copenhagen has shown that high-fat cheese helps strengthen immune defenses.

The study is amazing, but will delight all followers of cheese flowing. Although fatty cheese is high in saturated fats, researchers have shown that eating fatty cheese increases the level of good cholesterol and that it would act as a reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease.

To reach these conclusions, the researchers experimented with 139 adults for twelve weeks. During the test period, one group had to consume 80 grams of high-calorie cheese, another group had to consume 80 grams of low-calorie cheese and another group had no cheese.

They were able to say that none of the consumers of high calorie cheese had increased their bad cholesterol levels and that the good cholesterol had "grown". As for waist circumference and blood pressure of the participants, they had not moved.

A surprising new that gives us even more desire to jump on the cheese board ...
