ingredients

300 g minced meat
50 g frozen peas
3 c. Served Coconut Milk Suzi Wan ®
½ pot of Suzi Wan ® Soy Sprouts
½ box of Suzi Wan ® Bamboo Shoots
½ c. of Suzi Wan ® Peppers Mashed Potatoes
2 tbsp. coffee machine by Nuöc Mám Suzi Wan ®
1 C. tablespoon caster sugar
1 cm fresh ginger - 2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
5 sprigs of coriander
½ c. teaspoon of curry powder
1 pack of brick sheets
½ liter of vegetable oil

Steps

Step 1

Peel the ginger, onion and garlic and chop them finely.
Coarsely chop the bamboo shoots.

2nd step

Heat 3 tbsp. oil in a frying pan, brown minced meat for 1 minute on high heat.
Add the minced meat and cook by breaking the meat well so that it is as thin as possible.

Step 3

Add bamboo shoots, peas, drained soy sprouts, coconut milk, sugar, chopped coriander, curry, chili puree and Nuöc Mám. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat. The mixture must be dry enough. If not, cook to allow the liquid to evaporate.

Step 4

Cut the pastry sheets in half, place the stuffing on one edge and fold the sheet to form triangles or squares.

Step 5

Heat the oil in a wok or fryer, fry the samosas, as soon as they come to the surface they are cooked. Place them on paper towels, serve immediately as is or with slices of cucumber and salad leaves.
